Tubelight

Tubelight is a conversational AI-based customer engagement platform that empowers businesses to engage customers in their preferred channel with their omnichannel engagement platforms.

Configure Tubelight as an SSP with Lemnisk.

  • Client: Choose your client as Tubelight

  • Name: Name your configuration

  • Base URL: Enter the base URL provided by the Tubelight team

  • API Key: Enter the API Key which will be available in your Tubelight account

  • Sender ID: Enter the sender ID

  • Click on Save details.

Webhook URL is provided to you in the configuration details. You can configure the provided URL in Tubelight's dashboard to capture delivery reports in Lemnisk.

By selecting the check box above the save button, you can use Tubelight's URL shortener in your SSP configuration. By default, the configuration will use Lemnisk's URL shortener.

Delivery Reports

Lemnisk will capture the following delivery metrics when you run SMS campaigns with Tubelight:

Attempted, Sent, Delivered, Clicked and Failed. To Know more about the metrics check Campaign Summary.
